This February we’ll be working with the Kriya for the Lymphatic System, a practice that supports elimination pathways, reduces stagnation, and restores healthy internal flow. Alongside this, we’ll practise a Meditation for the Negative Mind, supporting discernment and helping to release negative thought patterns.

REST & RESTORE

Wednesday 6pm - 7:30pm

This February we will focus on Apana Kriya: elimination exercises designed to support downward flow and release stagnation through the system. Alongside this, we’ll practise Meditation to Alleviate Stress, helping to settle the mind and ease tension held in the body.

RECALIBRATION

This February we’ll be working with the Kriya for Building the Nervous System, a practice designed to strengthen the system and build greater steadiness within the body. Alongside this, we’ll practise the Meditation for the 2nd Chakra, supporting flow, balance, and a healthier relationship with life and change.

CALM & STEADY

Friday 9:15am - 10:45am

This February we’ll be working with the Kriya for the Navel Centre and Elimination, a practice that strengthens the core, supports digestion and clearing, and builds inner stability. Alongside this, we’ll practise the Breath of Ten Meditation, helping to steady the mind and settle the nervous system.

The Breath Class

Saturday 11am - 12pm

This February, the focus is returning to the foundations of breath practice. We’ll work with simple, accessible breath practices to bring awareness back to the breath, support the nervous system, and gently rebuild capacity, along with a gentle kriya to support lung strength. The focus is back to basics, with an emphasis on building a toolkit of foundational practices.

February is devoted to Insight, not something we chase through thinking, but as something that becomes available when the system is clearer. As routines return and life gathers pace again, this month focuses on reducing internal noise through practices that support the body’s elimination pathways and restore healthy internal flow.

When stagnation softens and the body carries less residue, energy circulates more efficiently, the mind becomes quieter, and it becomes easier to recognise what is true. Insight often arrives subtly, a clearer sense of what matters now, what no longer needs your energy, and whether the way you’ve been moving through life is the way you wish to continue.
